Jump into the building and fight to the end to get the second Nidhog. Look for the huge graffiti of the woman and skeleton and then summon Nightmare to break a hole in the building. Grab the first Nidhog from the bridge and then continue to the streets.
This secret mission requires two Nidhog Hatchlings in order to be found. Go to the bottom of the stairs, stand near the barred door, and look up to find the markings.
